Qualche aggiornamento tanto per ricordare che la situazione resta drammaticamente critica:

"The concentration levels of radioactive iodine and cesium in groundwater near the troubled Nos. 1 and 2 reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant have [b]increased up to several dozen times in one week[/b], suggesting that toxic water has seeped from nearby reactor turbine buildings or elsewhere, Tokyo Electric Power Co. said Thursday." - Kyodo News, 15-04-2011

E questa, sempre sotto tono:

"Minute amounts of radioactive strontium have been detected in soil and plants in Fukushima Prefecture beyond the 30-kilometer zone around the crippled Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, the science ministry said Tuesday.

[b]It is the first time that radioactive strontium has been detected[/b] since the Fukushima plant began leaking radioactive substances after it was severely damaged by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.

[i][color=#FF0026]Il limite di sicurezza dello stronzio è zero, poiché non sono noti i suoi effetti sulla salute. E di conseguenza si SUPPONE che non ci siano rischi per la stessa. Io ne prenderei uno e gli farei ingoiare una sostanza inventata da me, dicendogli "guarda, gli effetti sulla salute non sono stati controllati, ma io SUPPONGO che non ti faccia male!"[/color][/i]

Io [b]aspetto ancora con ansia i risultati dei rilievi del terreno[/b] nella famosa zona dei 20 + 10 km di raggio, ma non dello iodio 131 del quale sempre si parla, con un tempo di dimezzamento di 8 gg, ma [b]del cesio 137[/b], che si sta continuamente accumulando, con un tempo di dimezzamento di 30 anni.

Prima o poi dovranno smetterla di nascondere la polvere sotto il tappeto ...  ;)
